Numerology - Life Path Numbers and Master Numbers 11, 22, 33

How to calculate your life path number

Your life path number is calculated from your full birth date by adding all digits down to a single digit (or master number). Example for March 15, 1990: 1+5+0+3+1+9+9+0 = 28, 2+8 = 10, 1+0 = 1. If an intermediate result is 11, 22, or 33, these are master numbers - do not reduce further. Numbers 1-9 describe personality archetypes: leadership (1), diplomacy (2), creativity (3), stability (4), freedom (5), responsibility (6), analysis (7), power (8), wisdom (9).

History of numerology

Numerology's roots trace back to Pythagoras, who in the 6th century BCE declared that "all is number." A parallel Kabbalistic numerology developed from the Hebrew alphabet. In the 20th century, L. Dow Balliett and Florence Campbell systematized Western numerology into its modern form. Today it serves as a tool for self-knowledge, helping to understand natural talents and life challenges.
